September 14, 2016 4:49 pmWe had great fortune to be included in the soft opening Friday night… OMG!! this place is awesome! The atmosphere is great! Incredible food presentation – tastes as good as it looks! We had the hummus to start off with.. best hummus I have ever had… next was the Taverne salad… so good it didn’t even need dressing with the pickled onions and quinoa..yum! and last but not least, the jalapeno grits… So good I wanted to lick the bowl! … My sister got the Tuna poke app and said it’s the best she’s had, followed by the brick chicken… YUM! I had a great time helping these guys with the menu and shirt designs and gotta say this is a class act! Stop out after Labor Day to support the Jailhouse Taverne!!!! Congrats guys…
